When choosing to have your supplements automatically shipped every month (shown as a drop down selector on the right hand side of the product page) you are responsible for adjusting your account should you wish to cancel or modify your subscriptions at any time. Your supplement order will be shipped, as originally placed, every month from the date of the original order.
From your account dashboard you may click on the "My Subscriptions" tab to suspend, prolong or cancel your subscriptions at any time. You may also call our 888 number listed below to receive assistance in modifying or cancelling your recurring subscriptions.
From time to time we may send you an email to announce new products and store sales. We DO NOT sell or share email addresses with 3rd parties.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a product exchange, refund or store credit towards future purchases minus shipping fees. You must obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department prior to returning the products. In some cases, if a return is due to our error, we will ship the correct product at no additional cost to you & provide a pre-paid return envelope for the incorrect product. In all other cases, send the unused product(s) to us at your expense & we will process your refund, credit or exchange upon receipt of the returned items. Price differences will be charged or credited to you upon receipt of your returned goods.
If the product is opened and/or used and falls within the 30 day return policy you must obtain a Return Authorization from our Customer Service Department prior to returning the products for store credit or exchange less a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be issued for opened and used products on a case by case basis ONLY and all products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products will need to be sent to us at your expense. Refunds, store credit or exchanges will be processed upon receipt of the returned items. Refunds are for product purchase prices only less a 15% restocking fee. We do NOT refund shipping and handling fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Packages ‘refused’ or sent back as ‘return to sender’ at the time of delivery will be considered an unauthorized return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
